Tilted computer to access dust filter effects on components?

Hey,
So today I tilted my PC in order to access my dust filter, Is doing this bad for the components? Can they become loose like wires or maybe the GPU?

if all is screwed, nothing will happen. only thing I can think of is big ass air radiator like rock 3 pro might do some damage if you're not careful.
Just by asking this I'm sure you were delicate enough to not damage anything. (BTW mine fell from desk and was fine, its stronger than it looks)
