I have a Dell M992 monitor (19" CRT) that's 5+ years old and has served me spectacularly through 2 computer rebuilds (current build is has an E6600 CPU + X1900XT video).

Over the last month I've noticed the image quality become just a bit blurrier... but still enough to bother me. That's the only problem really.

Might there be a software/video card solution I could use to remedy this, or is this a sign that my beloved monitor is going the way of the dodo?

If so, any recommendations for quality LCD monitors in the $300 range?

Thanks

I love it when I wear the same two week throw away contacts for three months and then change them. I go... Damn, my monitor and video card are awesome!

I have a 19" CRT... albiet Viewsonic G90fb and a 1900xt... I would try a different fdriver and see what happens... I still revert back to the Omega drivers.
