Time for an upgrade!

Hello everyone, recently I've been busy with livestreaming on Twitch and I've encountered that alot of people are not able to watch my stream, fixed my bitrate and encoded it lower so now my current i7 860 is under high load of encoding those frames and resolutions to a lower aspect. So I have a GTX 780 which is still capable of running the newest games BUT. I want a new cpu + motherboard (current mb has socket 1156) I still have "ok" ram (8gb kingston ddr3). I really want a new cpu can you guys help me out? It needs to be good at rendering and it must fit my GTX 780.

5820K (6 core cpu) should do it for 1080p 60fps, but that would require new mobo/ram and be pretty pricey.

You could upgrade to a Skylake i7. it will be a fair bit faster than your current CPU, and if your interested you could use the Intel Quicksync capabilities to offload most of the encoding brunt. (the same can be done with the GPU as it too has a hardware H.264 encoder) depending on the MoBo you get, there's a chance you could reuse your RAM.
