Time for upgrade, need help

I bought this computer in 2010 and was my first computer I had picked parts for and had assembled, well now I am needing to do some upgrades and not sure what to do, I am looking for what upgrades I would need to get if I wanted to run games such as the new upcoming paragon game, fallout, witcher, etc Below are the specs on current computer.

  Wireless-N 300Mbps External USB2.0 Adapter
  hec X ORION 585 WATT POWER SUPPLY (MEDIUM LOAD)

Hopefully I can just buy some upgrades over time since i can't afford a brand new one right at this time. Thanks for any help!

So it depends on your budget, I'd first recommend upgrading that PSU, as it will allow a more reliable power delivery to the other parts. Then, upgrade your GPU. Afterwards, upgrade your CPU and board. If I can know your budget, I'll get a list set up promptly with my recommendations.

I was TRYING to keep it around 400-500 tops if possible.
