[SOLVED] Time is weird...

So, A ton of stuff has been happening to my PC recently, but now it's weird. I booted my PC, and the date was 07:00, 31.7.1985. When I clicked on the time, nothing happens. I can't change the time and date... On Viber and Discord, it says the year is 2054... (Img below) What's happening???
EDIT: Also, the internet is working completely fine, like nothing is happening.

Sounds like you need to replace the battery on your motherboard (maintains power to motherboard to retain time when powered off, as well as keeping BIOS settings intact). After replacing, re-synch your time with a time source. Make sure you set the proper time zone when you do this.
