Hello all.

asrock x570 steel legend wifi ax
32 gb ddr4 3200

I keep changing the time to the correct time. Daylight savings time is on. central time is on. yet after I correct the time a few minutes later I look at the time and it has changed. example: I corrected it earlier to 6pm from 130pm. a few minutes later it went back to 130. Why?
I don't know if this is why it is crashing.
the same rig above was just built about 6 months ago. everything has been running great. all of a sudden about 2 weeks ago it started crashing. it crashes when we launch arena breakout and rust. I also tried launching cod and it also crashed. tomb raider did not crash after about 15 minutes of gameplay.
I ran some stress tests:
aida 64 and stressed all components everything was fine no crashing.
heaven benchmark and out of 6 times of running it it crashed twice.
ran windows memory scan and no errors.
everything is updated.
a new bios came out but have not installed it.
thinking it might be the GPU I switched out the 7800 and installed an rx 580 and it did not crash at all.
I installed a 6800 today and everything seemed fine until I launched arena and cod. it crashed again.
Windows is running on an m.2 and games on a 4tb HDD.
I removed the mobo battery and reinstalled it.
Tomorrow I am going to remove the HDD and install games on the m.2 to see if that might be the problem. other than that I am at a loss.
any ideas?
