Question Time matters add in

Time matters add-in is not showing up or installing in outlook. I’ve created a new profile but it won’t even show there.

I had to uninstall it because time matters disappears in outlook and won’t show up at all. And the only way to fix it was install and reinstall but it bugged out and now won’t install
