time not working its not the battery

my time in my i7 2600 dell computer has gone it will only work for 10 mins i have changed the battery 5 times and still not right its making my computer go haywire can anyone help

Please add some details about "will only work for 10 minutes".

Do you mean the computer shuts down after 10 minutes, or that the time changes to some other time zone?

What do you do to bring the computer back - E.g., a restart or a complete power off and boot?

Windows 10? Look at Reliabiltiy history before the computer shuts down. Should be some regular pattern of error codes and warnings that may provide helpful information about the problem.
