I built my current system 8 years ago, did several partial upgrades and now it is time for a new one.
It will be used for office work, light photo/video editing and such. No gaming at all.

Trying to stay around $1000. Monitor, keyboard and hard drives I already have.

Here is my component list, it ads up to just under my budget at current Amazon prices. Comments and suggestions will be appreciated.

Ryzen 5 3600 Processor

MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus Motherboard

G.Skill Trident Z Neo Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 3600 RAM

MSI Gaming X GeForce GTX 1660 Videocard

Samsung 970 EVO SSD 500GB - M.2 NVMe

EVGA 750 GQ, 80+ GOLD 750W, Semi Modular Power Supply

CORSAIR CC-9011184-WW CORSAIR 110Q Mid-Tower

Rosewill 120mm Case Fan 4-Pack

Solution
Nothing to add I think.
check how much GPU acceleration you usually get, you might get away with 1650 with more beefy CPU.

You don't really need 750W, 550W will do nicely, unless you plan to beef up this machine in future.

The price difference between a 750W and a 550W is so small that I decided to go with the larger one.
