Time to change mobo?

Hello, i have a system that i hadnt touch for 1 year, its PSU was not working. And 3 days ago i got new PSU and finally run the system with no problems(after cleaning, applying thermal paste etc.). And last night i had PC open, and there were continous short beeps and black screen with cursor blinking when i woke up. I tried to re insert cpu, change ram slot, change disk, remove gpu etc. But now that short beeps are gone too, even if i remove ram there is no beep. My mobo had chipset repair earlier also, can i say it is dead?

Mobo: MSI 760gm-p21
Cpu: FX4100
Psu: HighPower Eco 500Watt

So now you are not getting any beeps or sign of life from the motherboard at all? Yes I would say time to get a new motherboard in that case.

Check and make sure there are no bent/broken CPU pins

I checked CPU earlier and afterwards and it didnt effect anything. Also I have tried the PSU eith other system it worked well. I meant to remove and plug BIOS thingy, but i couldnt actually remove. Do cpu fan run independently from main board?
