Time to updgrade: Need the best graphics card for around 200$

As title states I am upgrade my OLD graphics card, i think its finally given up on me after 3 years or so. (ASUS GTX460)
Now im wondering what I should buy for about 200 dollars, obviously i want the most bang for my buck.
What are you suggestions

Hi - at $200 your choices are a gtx 660, or an hd 7950. As long as you have enough PSU power, either would
be fine, which you should already have (a 460 requires more power than a 660).
