Time to upgrade GPU

Hello!

I have a older PC and i have over time upgraded some parts of it.

Now i think it is time to upgrade mye GPU: Gainward GeForce GTX 560 1GB PhysX.

I have a Cooler Master Elite 430 Midi Tower Black with the specs:
Silver Power SP-SS500 500W PSU
Intel® Core i5-2320
MSI H61MU-E35 B3, Socket-1155

What iam looking for is a GPU wich can go in directly and replace my already installed GPU.

Budget: $270

Iam going to update mye BIOS; i can see that there are new upgrades available.
