Time to upgrade my PC?

So besides my recent gpu upgrade I built my PC 5 years ago for gaming. Starting to wonder if it's getting long in the tooth since Monster Hunter World drops to 40 fps at 1080p at certain levels on my PC.

i5-4670k at stock
Asus Maximus VI Hero
MSI RX 480 4GB Gaming X
Cosair Vengeance 8 GB 1600mhz
XFX PRO750W 80+
NZXT Phantom 410 Mid Tower Red

Would you recommend me upgrading some parts or waiting a few more years?

about 8 more gigs of ram will prove useful, also, the 4gb of vram might be holding you back if you are running at high/ultra settings. ssd would certainly help. I'd guess oc'ing your cpu probably wont get more than 2-5fps in monster hunter.
Switching to a 4770/4770k/4790/4790k. Adding another 8gb RAM and an SSD if you dont have one.
These additions can fix the FPS drops. Whether you want to do them together or one by one is upto you.

Alternately, overclcoking that CPU to 4.5ghz or thereabout can be a starting point.

Overclocking might be a better choice since a 4770k/4790k still cost around 300 usd and at that price I might as well buy a newer CPU and motherboard. I lack a SSD atm but was wanting to get one so now would be a good time and another 8gb stick of ram wouldn't hurt if I just overclock my CPU. That said what would be a good affordable fan to get for my CPU so I can overclock it without any concerns about overheating?

Thanks for the advice. I think I'll stick to overclocking my i5 4670k for now. The cheapest 4770 I found was 150 usd and that isn't worth the minimal difference between that and my i5.
