Time to upgrade some parts! Any suggestions? (Mainly video card, maybe others)

Hello everyone,
I built my first PC about a year and a half ago, with some help from the folks on this very site.
It's been working fine for me so far, but since I started playing Street Fighter 5, it's starting to feel like it might be time for a tune-up. (SF5 is that first game I've play since I've owned my PC that I had to crank down the graphics settings to get it to play more smoothly)

Here is my build:
Mobo: MSI Z87M Gaming
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB)
Video Card: EVGA 02G-P4-3757-KR
PSU: Corsair CX500M
CPU: Intel Core i5-4460
There are some other bits and bobs of course, and I can provide them if necessary.

It's not exactly a super-duper high-end rig or anything, but it suits me just fine for the most part.
It seems like the most obvious candidate for an upgrade is the video card. Can anyone recommend a quality, yet budget conscious replacement. I'm looking around the 100-200 dollar price range.

Should I worry about replacing my processor any time soon? I feel like that's where things can start to get pricey.

Also I think I'd like to grab a SSD, just for funsies.

Thanks in advance for any advice and suggestions!

"gun to my head" o no, dont shoot im unarmed!

I upgraded my gtx 750 ti to a gtx 970 also, how i thought of it... a 970 really only costs me a little over $200 because I can sell my 750 ti for $100 on ebay
(ended up getting $107.50, havnt seen them go any lower than $80
If you buy the 970 now, you will be over budget by $60 until you sell your 750 ti, but you can easily sell a 750 ti for $80-$100 like i said :)

Your processor is good, you can even use it with a 980 ti!

Id advise against AMD cards (no hate on AMD, r7 370 is great budget card!) Since the PSU u r using (CX500m) isn't that good and won't deliver the advertised 500 watts. + Although they are improving, AMD driver overhead is massive! a 750 ti (640 CUDA cores) performs on par with a (r7 370 1024 Stream Processors) in many games, and sometimes better! Id recommend you grab a GTX 970 but since that is out of your budget a GTX 960 4GB would do just fine (make sure you get the 4gb version)

Cheers!

If the SSD is part of that 100-200 budget, thats going to eat about half of that by itself and youll have to most likely go with an AMD card, something like an r9 380, which costs around 200

That's not the most obvious way to list a video card - it's a GeForce 750Ti according to Google. There are GTX 950s and 960s between $1-200 right now. example

Having run SSDs for my systems for a few years, they're as great as they're said to be (and no longer as prohibitively expensive)

ETA: though as previous poster asks, is the budget for card or total budget?

Hey gang, thanks for the responses!
I should have been a bit more clear in my initial post, $100-$200 is the price range I'm in just for a video card.
I don't really have a range on a SSD because, as someone stated, they've really come down in price in recently. Hell, they're practically down into impulse purchase territory.

Should I consider getting a new power supply?

To the dude who said I listed my video card in a weird way, I actually just copy+pasted my build list from the very first post I made on this site way back when I first built my PC. I don't really have a point about that, just a fun fact.

Thanks again guys!

*EDIT* I've rolled it over in my head, and I could maaaaybe exceed my initial budget a bit. I figure I could use it as a way to build a little bit of credit. (This is my signature technique of disguising a childish thought as a grown-up thought)

If it makes a significant difference, I can definitely pick up a new PSU.
I guess my budget it something like:
~$250 for a video card
~$100 for a PSU (if necessary)
That's all pretty fluid, though. It's all a matter of how many weeks I'll need to wait before I buy the stuff.

Hmmm...

So, gun to your head, which would you go with?

Cool! I think this is the route I'll go. For whatever reason, I figured I couldn't sell my old parts for anything.
Thanks dude!
