Hi, I have a really bad secondary/HTPC... It is from like 2007, and has a Core 2 Duo E4400, and a GeForce 210. This is now struggling to keep up with 720p Video output, let alone keeping up with my new 4k TV. Can you recommend a reasonable, small HTPC? I would like to see something in the Silverstone SG13B or similar.

This card can game decently, so I think this is more than enough power for your scenario. The card has the same power as the r7 250x. Here are some benchmarks of the card. You can see how well the integrated graphics work before you buy the card. The integrated graphics may be good enough for blu ray decoding. The integrated grapics are better than an r7 240.

What is the price range for this htpc build, and do you want to keep any old parts like a power supply. You could use an nvidia shield tv for 4k streaming and should be fine hooking an external blue ray drive up to it.
