Timed out when playing games

So recently I started to experience a random connection time out in fortnite that would also have my discord call pause/cut out for several seconds. Fortnite isnt the only game affected by this, Whenever I play overwatch my game lags and then i get returned to the lobby just so i could rejoin only after a few seconds. Plz help me <3
