I recently got charter spectrum internet (I was using an att hotspot for a year with no issues prior) and ever since I've gotten the new internet i have been having random timeout errors in games.
-I am on a wired connection to my router
-I updated my lan drivers when I first got the internet installed and it made my speeds jump from 10mbps to 400, which is what im paying for.
-I have run a tracert to 8.8.8.8 and have read on the forums for similar issues but have not run across anything similar to mine... not sure what my results mean.
-How do you run a constant tracert or ping to see when it happens what it says?
-sometimes i can play a game for 30 minutes before the issues, sometimes 30 seconds. ill get "Connection to server timed out" or just dropped from the game.

I dont see a name for the router on it anywhere. its the generic charter spectrum router i guess....
