Timings of 2.5-6-3-3 on ddr400?

Hey all, my mate has just ordered some Geil ddr400 for his s939 system as his old ram has died. The ram is this http://www.geilusa.com/products/show/id/14 and is advertised as having timings of 2.5-6-3-3. Now to me that seems a little odd as all the timings I have seen are usually in the format of the highest number last eg my ddr2 ram is rated for 4-4-4-12. Perhaps things are different for ddr ram however I would like to know if these are correct or if Geil has some weird way of setting out their timings and it would actually be 2.5-3-3-6.

Those are the same timings I use with my dual sata II. I have 2 corsair, 1 ocz, and 1 pqi 512 meg pc3200 sticks. The default settings were actually higher. But I have no stability problems with the lower settings. 6 cycle time (tras), 3 Ras # (precharge), 3 Ras to Cas delay, and 2.5 Cas# Latency, command rate 2T, and bank cycle time 10 clocks.
