TINY CAPACITOR BROKE OFF GPU! need help ASAP

I removed my gtx 1050 from my pc and set it’s down on my table, but a piece of plastic fell off the wall and took off one of the tiny capacitor near the bottom of the gpu where it plugs in to the pci-e slot. I tried plugging the gpu back into the pc, but it just bootloop with no display. What should I do? Would just bridging the two solder points together in place of the capacitor work? (The capacitor was lost) need help...

Capacitors don't conduct DC. If you bridge its two pads, you'll create a short between whatever those pads are so that definitely isn't an option.

Capacitors along the long part of the PCIe x16 connectors would be AC coupling capacitors for the PCIe data lines. On my spare GPU, they appear to be 100nF. These are used to enable both endpoints of a PCIe link to operate at different supply voltages.

Find the number on the broken off capacitor, search google or a PC repair store, order a new one, and solder it in place). That's what I'd do, hopefully that's all that broke. Or is the capacitor too small to solder?

MLCC capacitors rarely have any markings on them and the size typically used for PCIe AC blocking are 0402 size, getting challenging to solder by hand without bridging both sides if you don't have adequate micro-soldering iron tips... I've done it a few times with my regular iron tip, much cursing was involved.

Edit: if you want to find the PCIe capacitor value for your board, simply measure any of the 31 other ones. I'm guessing 100nF is actually part of the PCIe standard.

I have found out that it is a PCI-E 3.0 card, so the capacitors have to be connected. but the problem is that they are very small...

No, a HD3650.

As I wrote earlier, if the tiny cap you knocked off is right next to the PCIe card edge connector, there should be 31 more of them in a row there: a pair for each of the 16 PCIe lanes minus the one you knocked off the board. If you want to be certain you got the same value as the other ones, simply use a meter with 1nF-1uF capacitance measurement range and measure one, the 30 others are the same.

Where to find MLCCs? The obvious place to look for electronic components, especially common stuff like this, would be electronic component distributors like Mouser, Digikey, Arrow, etc. Another option would be to look at component kits on Amazon or eBay, those are often cheaper than official distributors' shipping and handling charges when you aren't ordering $100+ worth of stuff at a time.
