Question Tiny Icons

I'm having a problem with tiny icons in my start menu. I've tried the scaling options, but it's not fixing anything. I've tried clearing icon cache and still nothing. Usually I have it scaled to 175%, but I don't quite know what caused this. It's a 4K monitor and that's why i use the scaling. I did a clean driver install (DDU), and updated my graphics drivers, but nothing. I've tried changing text size under ease of access. I've searched google, but not finding any solution. Does anyone know what else I can do? This is on windows 10 Pro x64 20H2 Build 19042.804 . See the screenshots:

Make and model of your GPU? Just for the sake of relevance, what is the make and model of your motherboard and what BIOS version are you currently on?

Make and model of your GPU? Just for the sake of relevance, what is the make and model of your motherboard and what BIOS version are you currently on?

I'm using an AMD RX 590 (XFX Fatboy), and my motherboard is a Gigabyte Z97X-UD3H with F9 BIOS.
I can't quite figure out the cause for this strange behaviour.
