Question tiny purple lines on my monitor

Hello. I own a samsung monitor for a long time and never encountered this problem until now. My screen is covered in tiny purple and green lines. I restarted my computer multiple times, didn't work. I unplugged my monitor multiple times, also didn't work.

Do any of you what the problem is or how i can solve it?

that could be either bad cable, bad GPU or bad lcd panel
if u test monitor on another pc and u will still see it, then gpu should be fine
