[SOLVED] Tiny thermalpaste in socket?

I happened to get a tiny little bit of thermal paste in socket. Will this cause symptoms of pc shutting down after half a second of powering on? I believe I have a bad mobo I bought from ebay, but he took pictures of it working before shipping it to me.

Nothing there looks to be an issue, but if you have a steady hand I would use a toothpick and qtip and scrape and absorb those small specs of paste so the entire socket is clear. If not, I don't think you should be having any issues from it as it does not seem to affect any pin contacts.
