After some comments on a few other threads I have posted I have updated my list on pcpp and was wondering if someone would be so kind as to check it out and give some feedback. This is the first time I have ever built a pc so any tips would be greatly appreciated. Here is the link.

Yeah, the included fans are fine.
If you want a nice black/red looking setup, you can spend $25 more for this.
The case is usually $39.99 along with the other SPEC-04 cases, hence why I said it's $25 more instead of 35.
Just wait for it to go down again, should be 2-3 days, just check every 6 hours or so.

Changed out SSD and PSU.

PSU is much better EVGA G2 unit
SSD is the "best" budget drive (which pretty much all use Toshiba 3D TLC), if you can increase budget to get a samsung or crucial that is very much prefered.

Thanks for the advice, I don't think that I'm going to upgrade to samsung or crucial just because the only things I will be putting on it are a couple of games that I play a lot, the rest will go on the hard drive

This would be a better fit, go with a 1070.
Ditch those SSDs, go for at least a single 240GB later, and lose the case fans.

I'd suggest getting an SSD now if you can afford it, or skip the HDD now if you can live without it for a little while. That makes it a lot easier, since you don't have to reinstall the OS later.
Case is up to you, I just think it looks a little out of proportions with a big case and a small motherboard.

I never said to drop the 1070. I said it would be nice if he could afford the SSD now, or drop the HDD for a while if possible, because it's easier to buy an HDD later than an SSD. And, a lot of shit can happen when copying OS with a software, pretty much everyone recommends you clean install rather than using it.

I'm saying that if you lose the SSD in the build initially, you can get a 50% increase in GPU performance, and add the SSD later.
You can then migrate the OS and software onto the SSD in order to get faster software loading and boot times.

Thank you all for the great feedback. After much back and fourth I have finally come to what I hope to be the final build. Coming in a $1242.15, here it is: Final Build

One quick question, I can afford the SSD now so I'm assuming that means I should get it, I was just a bit confused because of some discussion about it in the thread. Any suggestions as to which one I should get?

Yeah, only helps with software/game loading times and boot speeds.
Generally pretty optional, but it's a nice to have.
@TrAAst, I get where you're coming from, but the initial investment for better performance imo is better, since you can't pay the difference like you can storage.
As long as you have 7200RPM HDDs, it's generally fine, not everyone prioritizes SSDs that much either.
