After some comments on a few other threads I have posted I have updated my list on pcpp and was wondering if someone would be so kind as to check it out and give some feedback. This is the first time I have ever built a pc so any tips would be greatly appreciated. Here is the link.

Solution
Yeah, the included fans are fine.
If you want a nice black/red looking setup, you can spend $25 more for this.
The case is usually $39.99 along with the other SPEC-04 cases, hence why I said it's $25 more instead of 35.
Just wait for it to go down again, should be 2-3 days, just check every 6 hours or so.

I just put it out there because I think it's important to know how big a difference it can make.

So your saying that if I am willing to do this, then it will help boost performance in the long run. Is there anything else I will need to change to make sure this works?

Another thing I'm going to say is, I'm willing to spend more now so I don't have to spend more later.

Then you'd basically have to alter everything. Z270 mobo to take advantage of the CPU and RAM, 280mm AIO (because 7700k is lava), another case to fit AIO, 3200MHz RAM, and when you've spent that much, you should get a better PSU as well... And, at this point, you might as well get the 1080 ti to get the best single GPU build money can buy. Something like this:

I think this might be a bit too much for me know, but I'll take this into account for updating in the future. If I go with this build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Ng9mTH will I be able to easily upgrade to your suggestion in the future or will I have to rebuild the whole thing?

I think you will be happy with your list withe the b250 and i7. I play on a 1080p 60hz with 2400 ram with an i5 7400 and gtx 1070 right now because my motherboard died in my main rig, and I see great frame rates, so with an i7 and 1080 even with slower ram i think you will be happy.

Trast's build is way over the top, there's value to a degree then there's too much! :p
That 1080 list is perfectly fine.
If you want you can spend $200 more and get a 1080 Ti SC with 35% more performance, but I don't think that's in your best interests, the 1080 is already a stretch.

I have a few question:

1. My friend is telling me that it is better to get a 1070 rather than a 1080 if I won't be streaming, is that true?

2. He also says that I should downgrade to 8GB of ram, good idea or should i stick with the 16GB I currently have? Maybe this: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/8hM323/kingston-memory-hx421c14fb8

3. The 1080 I have went out of stock, should i wait for it to come back or should I get a different one, if the answer to number one is drop to 1070 don't bother. If I should get a different one, suggestions? I was looking at this one: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/gRvZxr/msi-video-card-geforcegtx1080foundersedition

If you're streaming you should go with Ryzen over Intel.
Updated.
If you're gonna be rendering content for YT chuck on a Cryorig M9a cooler for $19.

So if I'm going to be streaming you recommend this build along with this: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Gqp323/cryorig-cpu-cooler-m9a

Also, you didn't really answer my question, if I won't be is going with the 1070 OK, and should I downgrade to 8GB of ram? Also, when you say rendering content for YT, dou you mean if I am going to make a video or just watching youtube in general?

Thanks for the advice, my friend is now telling me that a 1050 ti will give me the same performance as a 1070 if i were to get it. I don't even know If I'm going to get the 1070 though because the 1080 is a pretty big performance boost, right?

Is this recommended even if I'm not going to be making videos? I do have the money.
