After some comments on a few other threads I have posted I have updated my list on pcpp and was wondering if someone would be so kind as to check it out and give some feedback. This is the first time I have ever built a pc so any tips would be greatly appreciated. Here is the link.

Solution
Yeah, the included fans are fine.
If you want a nice black/red looking setup, you can spend $25 more for this.
The case is usually $39.99 along with the other SPEC-04 cases, hence why I said it's $25 more instead of 35.
Just wait for it to go down again, should be 2-3 days, just check every 6 hours or so.

OK, I think I will actually end up going with this build. It's a good price and has all the stuff I need. It's also a little bit cheaper than @TrAAst's build and I don't really think I'm going to be going all out pushing either of these to the max so I am OK with the fact that the 1600 may have a higher stock clock.

I might not even be OCing it so I'm not worrying about that. Now that I'm thinking about it, do you have a better idea of I'm not worrying about being able to oc.

IMPORTANT: I will be going on a trip for the next ten days so I won't be around to keep in touch with this thread. Although, it would be great if you could keep up the discussion and I will make sure to read everything and give my input when I get back.

That'll be fine. :)
Here's my 1600 list suggestion.
This is probably the way to go, but if you want an SSD on top you can get this too: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/8jH48d/sandisk-ssd-plus-240gb-25-solid-state-drive-sdssda-240g-g26

Plane is having a few problems do I have a sec. Would you recommend getting the build you gave me with the 1700 if I can afford it. Also if I were to use that build can I drop to the 1070 also. And with the 1070, which one would you recommend?

Stick with the 1600 + 1080 build. If you can afford the 1700, which doesn't give you anything, then you can afford the 1080 for only $75 more than the 1070. Ultimately, you're gonna have to take the last step yourself. I think we've given you enough information so that you can be able to do just that:)

I think I've decided that I'm going to go with build. It has everything I need and I have a little money in the process: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DhB8gL. Thanks again for all the help everyone.

Mobo is a little overpriced, slight improvement of final. :)
