Tips and help for PC upgrades with a low budget

Hi, so I have a
Motherboard: Gigabyte ga-h81m-gaming 3
CPU: intel i5 4460
Graphic card: Geforece GTX 750
Power supply: Fortress 700W
RAM: Apotop 8GB (2x4GB)
HDD: 1TB

I'm planning to upgrade my graphic card, buying Geforce GTX 1050 TI or Radeon RX 470. I'm wondering is my motherboard compatible with the two graphic card I mentioned? Should I buy a new motherboard? And any alternative graphic card with the same tier as the two I mentioned if in case there isn't any stock available? I'm living in South East Asia so specific graphic card may not be availabe. And any further tips in my upgrading? I only have a budget around $160 to $200.

Just buy the best GPU in your budget. Your mobo will be fine with any of them.
