Hi everyone!
I need your help for a Mini-Itx configuration.

My computer has been struck by lightning and I have to change some components (the main ones of course...):
- Motherboard.
- Graphic Card.
- RAM.
- Power Supply (modular and SFX).
I already have two SSDs, a Be Quiet Pure Wings 2, two Noctua NF-F12 iPPC-3000PWM and everything should fit in my Silverstone FTZ01.
This configuration is for playing 90% of the time directly on my TV.

AMD or Intel?
If Intel, Z490 or B460 ?
If AMD, X570, B550 or B450 ?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Solution
Is your cpu still good?
If so, what is the make/model?
The selected cpu will determine what motherboard is possible.

If picking a new cpu, you want something that will run well on minimal stock cooling.
Perhaps i5-11400/f and a lga1200 motherboard.
Here is a review:

Likely, 2 x 8gb of ram is sufficient. Since there will be a discrete graphics card, ram speed is not so important.

On the psu, the power you need will be gated by the graphics card:

Buy only a quality psu.
Seasonic makes some good ones.

The challenge will be the graphics card.
They are in short supply and are overpriced.
How strong do you need...

How strong do you need for your games?
If you have a choice, look for a blower type cooler that directs hot gpu air directly out the back of the case.
Is the tv limited to 60hz, or is it capable of 120hz like the LG OLED units?
If you want 120hz, you will need a gpu with hdmi 2.1 capability.
That will not be cheap, nvidia 3000 series for example

No, the CPU is dead like motherboard, RAM and Graphic Card...
Indeed, given the size of the case and its cooling level, I need something that doesn't get too hot but is good for gaming.
Yes, the TV will be capable of 120hz and has hdmi 2.1.
The idea is to get the best for the budget as always :)
And i live in France.

Thanks for your help!

Edit:
My old config:
Sharkoon silentStorm sFX gold 500 w
Silverstone SST-FTZ01B
