Tips for GPU and PSU

Need an input on what GPU and PSU i can run with this setup. Don't want something overpriced, but i would love to be able to run games pretty smooth at high resolutions. Thanks for reading. Any other advice is gratefully excepted.

What is your budget for GPU & PSU?

400$ for the GPU and the PSU does not matter really, as long as its somewhat of quality and can fit/run with the rest of the setup without issues.
