Tips on gaming pc build

Hi, i'm buildg a pc for my first time and i would like some tips over the compatibility and power supply on my build (700/800 euro):

this is it:
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"
Intel® Core i3-6100 Processor
ATI Radeon RX 470, 4 GB GDDR5, 1246 MHz, Sapphire Nitro +
Corsair Vengeance LPX RAM 2x4 GB, DDR4, 2133 MHz
MSI Z170A Gaming Pro Carbon, Socket 1151
Corsair power supply CP9020098 VS650 EU 650 W

Here is a list of whats wrong and what needs to be changed for proper longevity and quality.
1. The Seagate Barracuda drives have a high failure rate and aren't that good comparing them to a WD Drive. I'd recommend picking up a Western Digital 1TB Black or Blue Drive. (7,200RPM)
2.MSI Motherboards have very poor quality control. I would recommend going with an Asus or Gigabyte motherboard. Plus the Z170 platform is pointless to spend money on if your not overclocking.
3. Change the motherboard to save money towards the GPU. Get a H110M and RX 480 8GB or 4GB
4. The PSU is very poor quality. I'd recommend picking up a EVGA 500W. Although it's not the best quality i can tell your on a budget. If you have the money then a Seasonic PSU is worth the money.
Fix these and you have yourself a kick butt pc! Good Luck!

It is much more reliable and the fact it is a modular PSU will make your life easier in the long run.

EDIT: @Mac070 from personal experience i'm going to disagree with you...

1)I've had 4 Seagate Barracuda drives, one of which has been running for over 4 years now and never had any issues.
2)My MSI Gaming 7 is a solid motherboard, im running an overclocked 4790k and 2 overclocked 290x's off it without any issues.

The PSU i agree needs changing though.

Keep an eye on Newegg for a deal on PSU's. I'm not sure how it works overseas but here in the US late November is pretty much when our holiday shopping season kicks off. And Newegg is starting early. I literally got a SeaSonic G Series PSU for less than half price last week. I paid about $40 with rebates and today it's $99.
