So i am going to build a gtx 980 anbd i7 6700 new pc with 16 gigs ram, a 240 gig ssd, a 1 terra wd harddirve red nas, and a h170 motherboard. I am still not shure though which hydro cooler i should get (i prefer corsair) and how many watts psu i will need. Thanks in advance.

Solution
I did not pick one as you haven't specified what sort of cooler you want. As the i7 is at stock you wont be overclocking so u don't need a huge cooler.

I have an i7 4790K and its throttle temp is 90C and i have a TX3 EVO on it which keeps the i7 at 30-40C at idle then 60C at load which is very good for a £15 cooler compared to the stock cooler that would cause an i7's temp to go way up.
This is what I have put together for you so far
