Hi, I would like some opinions on my first build. Here is the parts list.

Looks solid, but a few things I would change:

-I have that exact same SSD, but I would go with another one, it's not the best performing SSD
-If you have a temporary video card, use that, since Polaris and Pascal are around the corner
-Definitely get a stronger PSU
 
Change the cooler to Cooler Master 212 Evo. Why OCZ? You can pick up Samsung 840 pro or 850 Evo for that price point. You are missing the PSU. I suggest get Corsair or Evga. 750w should be fine for your build.. you'll need 1000w if you are thinking about sli your gtx 980ti later
 


The M9i performs better than the 212 EVO. Also, that case comes budled with a 500W EVGA Gold unit. He can't SLI on an ITX board in an ITX case.
