Just a quick question about power requirements for GTX Titan Black 2-way SLI. I'm currently running this setup on an XFX ProSeries 850W XXX Edition, link here: http://hexus.net/tech/reviews/psu/46501-xfx-850w-proseries-xxx-semi-modular-bronze-psu/

Will this be enough to handle it?

Thanks in advance.

Yeah thats not how it works at all, thats the recommendation for full system. Each Titan black can draw around 250w.

Your XFX 850w is enough for 2x Titan blacks.

I wish people would just not post, rather than give answers about things that they have no idea about....

In their website, it states that one Titan Black requires a minimum of 600w, if 2 Titan Blacks, well, requires 1200W PSU, so no, it will not have enough power.

I don't think that's entirely how it works, 600W is recommended to power the entire system, and with a second card, you don't replicate the entire system's worth of components.

Indeed.

I don't know if Corsair Link is a trust worthy source but I have Titan Blacks in SLI running cores of 1280MHz and have yet to see my PC draw more than 715W from the wall. Again, I don't know if Corsair Link can be used as a trust worthy source though!!!
