Titan Cooler available?

Does anyone know if you can buy a titan cooler by itself for the gtx 780 series?

Maybe on ebay. But can't be bought new.

You also need to make sure it's a reference design. It won't work on non reference pcbs.

whats the difference between the two?

Non reference pcbs will usually have componts such as vrms and vram in different locations and/or more vrms than the reference design,so the stock cooler won't fit and/or cool everything properly.
