Titan Dragonfly - sufficient cooling?

I'm unsure as to whether the following system will have sufficient cooling with a Titan Dragonfly cooler. I won't be overclocking at any stage (it would be impossible with my intended CPU and motherboard anyway). I'm also considering the Noctua NH-D15S cooler, but would there be any point in spending £40 more on this for a system that won't be overclocked? Would a better cooler significantly help to increase the lifespan of the parts?

Solution
Since even the most basic stock Intel cooler is sufficient to cool a stock Intel processor, almost any aftermarket cooler will achieve the same - hopefully with less noise.
