I am building a new PC and all I need is some video cards,

What I have so far :

RAMPAGE IV EXTREME for motherboard
Intel i7 5820K for CPU
16 GB 3300 MHz Corsair Dominator DDR4 RAMs
Watercooled CPU
800W PSU

Should I go for duo 980 TI Superclocked or a single Titan?

I mainly use my PC for gaming and sometimes botting in games/software (running like 10 games 24/7)

The 980 tis will undoubtedly give you more performance, but will also complicate things, with things like more heat, SLI driver issues, sli micro stutter, etc. On the other hand, a Titan X will see little to no performance gain over a single 980 ti.

My opinion is you get a 980 ti, and save the money for when the 1080 ti comes out in 18-24 months.

SLI 980tis should outperform a single Titan X by atleast 80% so almost twice as fast.

There are no SLI driver issues or micro stutter this is 2015 not 1995.

Go for the SLI setup. But maybe you should switch the 800w PSU for a 850-1000w unit, just to be safe if you OC anything.
