Hi all,
Just got a brand new LG C1 TV, that got a 4X2.1 HDMI ports.
I gonna plug it to my pc with the titan x pascal.
Can I benefit from the HDMI 2.1 at all?

Solution
It is possible, with a big BUT - https://www.benq.com/en-us/knowledge-center/knowledge/4k-120hz-gaming-monitor.html
Reducing other quality settings to achive 120Hz isn't a good solution.

You could try an adapter but this is also a long shot. It looks like some DP to HDMI adapters are specifically made to get 120Hz at 4k but the GPU needs to be DSC 1.2 compliant. Now we get back into gray area. The Titan Xp is DP 1.4 'ready' and DSC 1.2 is part of the DP1.4a specs but I wouldn't bet that it would work. Too many ifs and maybes involved. Here's an example of the adapter, if interested - https://www.amazon.com/Club-3D-DisplayPort1-4-Adapter-CAC-1085/dp/B08BX49V5V
