Titan X Pascal Motherboard ideas?

In my latest post which was my first I asked if the SLI on the titans would be worth it the feedback was very helpful and I'm motivated to do the build I just need some motherboard ideas because mine is not capable of SLI and I have been on the internet searching it up but there is so many choices and I don't know which are compatible with the Titan xp and SLI.

Ok. Are you doing water cooling custom loops or no. Do you have any plan to?

If you're getting the 7700k like I suggested, you need the right type of board.

If you're not doing water cooling and you want an excellent board, go with the rog maximus ix hero.

If you are doing custom loop water cooling, get the maximus 9 code or maximus 9 formula. They have water headers.

The hero does not have built in water headers. Note: an AIO cooler or closed loop cooler are not considered custom loop.
