Titan xp noise

I have a 8700K and titan xp on water with enough radiators to run the system with a fan speed of 5% and the temps don't get over 50C.

now when i bench mark my system with https://www.userbenchmark.com/ during the GPU part of the test the titan starts to make a soft fine pitched whine. I thought it might be the psu ramping up but its not and I have a nvme. Is it the mosfets ramping up? I don't know I never noticed it before and I have had this system for a over a year. Any thoughts?

the fans are set at 5% and would only ramp up at close to tmax.
