titanfall 2 high ping

hello guys i live in south africa nad play titanfall 2 on my pc. i have a core i3 6100 and a gtx 1060 3gb. I run the game perfectly fine at well above 60 fps. i always had about 180-ms ping but a few days later it jumped up to 250 to over 300 and even spikes to 400! Why and how. please help i watn to enjoy this game but the lag is so bad and the intense suttering in the multiplayer makes the game inplayable . PLEASE HELP IS THERE A FIX FOR THIS?? i have disabled origin overlay and put my windows defender off, what more can i do???!!!

Make sure you have nothing downloading in the background, and try a VPN like pingzapper. High ping isn't hardware related.
