Tj max on a gpu?

So I was looking around and i found that my gpu (gtx 970 strix) has a tj max of 60c so when i would be overclocking it would thermal throttle. So i was wondering if there is anyway to ramp the tj max up so i can overclock a little more on a gpu?

I did find some bad information cause all i needed to do was go into gpu tweak and set the temp target :/
