TJunction and TCase... Which to trust?

I read in that guide that when OCing the TJunction should always be 15 degrees higher than TCase.

Well, my case makes me wonder. I'm currently in the process of OCing, and hence my VCore is needlessly high (1,40 in BIOS, 1,36V in SpeedFan) and I'll set it down soon enough.

But currently, with 100% TAT load I get 63 degrees TCase (SpeedFan CPU) and 71 / 70 degrees TJunction (TAT & SpeedFan Core 0, 1). Idle values are 37 TCase and 42 / 45 TJunction.

That doesn't really go well with the analogy that TJunction should be 15 degrees hotter than TCase. Does this mean that one of these temperature meters report bad offsets and thus is faulty?

The more important question is, which one should I trust more when analysing how hot my CPU is?

I'm planning on lapping the HeatSpreader and the Heatsink base, but haven't gotten around to do it yet.

While running 2xPrime95 in Torture mode, TJunction is 65 degrees and TCase 60 degrees reported by SpeedFan. Which should I believe? I'd bet that SpeedFan reports TCase wrong.
