Question TL-WN881ND & GTX 1070 don't work together

So I've just bought a TL-WN881ND for my computer and tried to install it , but the MOBO ( msi Z270-A PRO ) fails to detect it , I tried to clean the pcie slots with alcohol and it didn't work .
So knowing that the first slot is fine ( since the graphic card is working perfectly ) ... I unplugged the graphic card & inserted the network card instead & it's detected !!
I kept the gpu unplugged and tested the other slots & it works too ...
but when I plugged the GPU , the network card isn't detected anymore ...
what should I do ? how can I fix this ?

Yes , I did ... the mobo doesn't detect the wireless card when the gpu is plugged , but when the gpu is unplugged the wireless card works on all of the slots .
