[SOLVED] TLS connection issue

I can't connect to any site with my windows machine that uses TLS encryption above 1.0. I went to my internet options and checked TLS 1.0, TLS 1.l1, TLS 1.2, TLS 1.3 were on. SSL 3.0 was not. Enabling ssl 3 didn't solve the issue even after a reboot

Edge can't connect to a thing like facebook or yahoo mail which is worrisome. TLS downgrade attack or did windows bork something with the last update?

Figured it out. Firewall permissions for my kids were incorrectly applied to all accounts. I ban them from like 90% of the web.
