TMPIN1 Idle 65c, Gaming 95c, whats happening?

AMD FX 8350- with HydroCooler H60 corsair.
Gpu GTX 780
8gb Hyperx Ram
Corsaid vs650

Basically only way i can fix this is by sticking a fan inside facing the North-bridge,
But every time i put a fan inside im getting a really loud revving noise from my Powersupply.
But my TMPIN1 dropped to 65c in gaming then which is fine, but i cant deal with the high revving power supply.

only cooling source i have inside my pc currently is a Hydrocooler H60.
But i cant have other fans without powersupply going crazy.

I suspect a PSU problem.

Either too much load and/or the PSU is no longer up to the task of supporting the existing load.

What other components are installed in your system?

Motherboard - MSI 970 Gaming.

AMD FX 8350- with HydroCooler H60 corsair.
Gpu GTX 780
8gb Hyperx Ram
Corsaid vs650
Wifi Card
2 Tb Hardrive


And thats it, i really need that extra fan inside or my TMPIN1 over heats at 95c. With the fan its 65c while gaming.

Well the extra fan demands more power as it works harder to cool the TMPIN1.

And the power supply reacts accordingly.

Vicious circle of sorts....

Yes sure is, might have to get new PSU and GPU, 780 gpu sucks up so much power
