That's what I thought about program. Hwmonitor is never too accurate on AMD and often produce strange results. You'd be better of with AMD Overdrive program. http://www.amd.com/en-us/innovations/software-technologies/technologies-gaming/over-drive
in that program the tmpin2 is 39-40c but the tmpin 3 is 80c
