'TMPIN4' running rediculously hot, not sure what's causing it

Changed cases (Meshify C), and put in an AiO (H110i GT). The AiO is moody and I'm debating just putting an aircooler back in, but after messing around with fan speeds everything was good but lo and behold the most of my motherboard temps were around 32 C while the TMPIN4 part of my mobo was reading temps of 127 C before reading at 0 C.

I figured it could be a software error but nope a what seems to be that part of the motherboard gets scolding hot when stress testing in Prime 95 while everything around it stays relatively cool. Its close to the CPU block but no part of the CPU block or any heat directly around the CPU block is that bad. Could this be an issue with the water cooler, or did I fuck my motherboard up?

It is possible that temp sensor is not reading correctly. Because if temp go more than 100 it shut down or fry.
It it is really any physical problem. So i suggest to check that which part is heating and install heatsink over them.
But be carefull.

But a part of my mobo, specifically this part:https://imgur.com/puKQNIR was so hot I could barely touch it with everything else in the system not pushing much over 65 C. I don't think its an accurate reading at 0-138 but I don't think those things should be getting near that hot either

Thats the vrm setup , power delivery for the cpu etc.

With water cooling Which removes airflow over them expect temps in the mid 80s under load.

Certainly hot enough to not want to hold your finger there for long.

Theyll be rated for well in excess of 100c.
