TNT2 question

i am trying to overclock my system.the problem is games freeze after i start them, other than that it runs fine.is my diamond viper tnt2 the problem?the agp bus is running at 74mhz.thanks.

tyan trinity 400 motherboard
1ghz celeron
256mb ram
diamond viper tnt2 16mb video card
 
74 MHz AGP bus is most likely causing the instability, either that or what ever overclocks you've done.
My response is breif and vague because the info you provided is too!

Load the Via AGP driver or the Via 4-in-1 drivers. If they are already installed re-do them with a clean install. You can use the new installer to uninstall the old drivers just don't reboot when prompted but rather run the installer a second time time letting the drivers load. This will guarantee a clean install. Works like a charm to prevent those nasty game freezes.
