Hi guys. I need some suggestions regarding storage drives. Since I need alot of storage for games I was thinking of getting an SSD since my HDD isnt doing well, not even Windows runs smoothly. My friend told me about the hybrid SSHD wich for storage/price ratio seems pretty good. I was thinking of getting a smaller SSD like 120gb for windows and main stuff and a larger lets say 2TB SSHD for games and movies and what not. Here are the prices as well wich I found. Prices may vary since im not in the US. Cheers !

SPatriot SSD Burst R560/W540, 120GB, 7mm, 2.5" - 25$
Seagate SSHD FireCuda Guardian 2TB, 64MB+128GB, 7200rpm - 125$

main use of an sshd is to supplement the slowness of mass storage hdd with the speed of an ssd for files that are always used. This is great as a boot drive but not overly useful for storage as you have no control over which files it speeds up.

Better off with a 250gb ssd + 2tb hdd as then you can control which apps get speed boost and which don't and I expect hdd are still cheaper than sshd

120gb ssd is starting to be on the too small side.
