If I'm being honest, 320 dollars isn't gonna get you the greatest pc, especially if you buy all new. You're much better off going with used/refurb with that kind of budget. You could probably pick up a used intel Q9500 and a descent lga 775 mobo for maybe 80-90$ on ebay. Try and find an 8gb kit of ddr3 and a refurb gtx 750 ti, you could pick up a cheap 30 dollar EVGA 430w psu and it would be enough for a build like that. That might come out to around 250 or less if you shop smart. All that's left is a cheapo case with a couple fans, a used hyper 212 evo goes for about 20$, and a hard drive + OS.

If you're lucky you could build a system like that, operating system and all, for 350-400$. That's about as cheap as I could find for budget...

EDIT: If you really need to save the money, you could save 30-40 dollars and go with a Q9300 (20$), EVGA 500w (43$), and a used gtx 560 ti (70$)
