To format or not..

I am upgrading my Vista-32bit with 1 gb of ram laptop to Win7-64bit ( home premium ) and adding 2 gb of ram..
The laptop have 2 hard drives in it..
The vista files are located at one of my hard drive labeled C..
So.. when installing win7, do i have to format both of the hard drives or only the one that have vista installed onto it?..

Only the one with Vista..
You WILL have to re-install all of your applications, too

format the one which you are going to installing windows 7.

Be sure to backup your documents, pictures, and what not before you format it.
